At New Moon Baby, we aim to provide high-quality hypnobirthing courses and online downloads to support your journey. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for our digital products and services. By purchasing our courses or downloads, you agree to this policy.

 

Refunds for Hypnobirthing Courses

 

1. Online Hypnobirthing Courses:

   - Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not accessed or started the course.

   - Accessed Content: If you have accessed or started the course, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which states that digital content which has been supplied and accessed cannot be refunded if the download or streaming has started with the consumer's consent.

   - Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at theresa@newmoonbaby.co.uk with your order details within 14 days of your purchase. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.

 

2. In-Person Hypnobirthing Courses:

   - Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the course start date. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start date, no refund will be provided.

   - Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at theresa@newmoonbaby.co.uk at least 7 days before the course start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

 

Refunds for Online Downloads

 

1. Digital Downloads:

   - Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed and the content has been accessed or downloaded. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes digital content from refund rights once access has started with the consumer’s consent.

   - Defective Content: If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your purchased content, please contact us at theresa@newmoonbaby.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase. We will provide assistance to resolve the issue or offer a replacement if the file is found to be defective.

 

General Conditions

 

1. Exclusions:

   - Refunds are not provided for change of mind or personal circumstances once digital content has been accessed.

   - Refund requests made outside the specified periods will not be eligible.

 

2. How to Request a Refund:

   - Send an email to theresa@newmoonbaby.co.uk with your order number, purchase details, and the reason for your refund request.

   - We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 14 days.

 

3. Processing Refunds:

   - Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
